Traitor and power... Pakistani Dilemma

Traitor and power...

Abu Hayan Saeed

Pakistan, by the grace of God, is a region found in the entire universe where the definition of traitor and loyalist changes every few years. A few years ago, those who were seized from the throne and removed from power had the following statements...

The Bombay attacks came from Pakistan. .. Nawaz Sharif

The Taliban should not carry out explosions in Punjab. Shahbaz Sharif

I will destroy the generals brick by brick.. Asif Zardari.

The army is tearing the flesh off the bones of the people. Khawaja Asif.

There is a uniform behind this terrorism. Maryam Nawaz.

Then, after washing these traitors and stamping them with water at the GHQ headquarters, all the cases of all the accused are withdrawn from the courts, even the dozens of cases in which sentences had been pronounced are eliminated with a single stroke of the pen and made the Prime Minister, Defense Minister, Punjab Prime Minister, etc., and the debts of trillions of rupees are dissolved in the higher courts in an hour like bubbles in water. Wow, wow... The person who used to declare the purchase and ownership of Rockwood House i.e. Surrey Palace with the money of corruption is made the President of Pakistan.

Field Marshal Chief of Defense Staff Syed Asim Munir is the Messiah of Pakistan. Declaration of the Ulema and Mashaikh Conference. These same hired ponies used to praise and describe the qualities of the army's direct messiah, Imran Khan, a few years ago, so much that after these flatterers left, Imran Khan would repeatedly look at himself in the mirror and think, "Well, I didn't even know that I have these qualities and qualities."

Mr. Rauf Agha has narrated a meaningful dialogue as a reference.

“Why does the Pakistani army not allow political leadership to emerge? A complete explanation of the real problem..

The entire political history of Pakistan proves an undeniable fact:

Here the army does not allow any political leader, public narrative or democratic structure to become permanently strong. The same formula has been repeated in every era—and with such consistency that it has become not an accident, but a regular institutional pattern.

First, the political leader is declared a “traitor”.

Then he is imprisoned, his party is broken, his associates are silenced.

And where the threat is not completely eliminated, he is removed from the path.

All these actions are not due to a single individual, but to a powerful structure that has become superior to the state.

This fact is summed up in a famous sentence:

“Every country in the world has an army, but Pakistan is a country of the army.”

It is not just a few generals, it is the thinking of the entire institution.

In every era, some weather analysts argue that the problem is with “a few generals” or that such and such an army chief was wrong.

But the question is:

If the problem is only with a few individuals, why could not a single good army chief be produced in 76 years? And if so, was he left alive?

This contradiction itself suggests that the problem is not with individuals, but with the structure of the institution, the structure that considers political authority a threat to itself.

Pakistan’s real military economic burden... What is the real picture?

The military expenditure is shown as a limited amount in the state budget, but the reality is many times greater. When all the expenses are combined, the whole picture changes completely.

1 — Defense budget (direct expenditure)

Every year, the state spends about 2.55 trillion rupees on direct military expenditure. Which is about 9 billion dollars at the current exchange rate.

2 — Military pension (separate from the state treasury)

Annual pension for pension 742 billion rupees are paid—this is not included in the defense budget. Which is about $6.2 billion in dollars.

3 — Privileges, subsidies and elite benefits

According to international studies, Pakistan’s elite—of which the military is a significant participant—receives tax exemptions, lands, plots, business incentives and state resources worth $17 to $22 billion every year.

Total military burden—actual estimate

Direct defense spending

Military pensions

Privileges and subsidies

= about $29 to $33 billion annually

That is, three to four times more than the official defense budget.

These costs are not fully reflected in the budget, but the nation bears them as an economic burden.

The real problem—the military’s economic interests and power network

The entire economic life of about 5 million serving and retired military personnel in Pakistan—

Pensions, plots, tax exemptions, steel mills, defense housing authorities, military foundations, Corporations, contracts, business empires—

Everything revolves around a single entity.

This economic web has become so big that preserving it has become the army’s first priority. Therefore:

Whatever the name of the army chief,

Faces may change, narratives may change, but the policy of protecting the army’s economic interests never changes.

That is why the army considers every political force, every popular leadership and every democratic concept as an existential threat. Because if the political leadership becomes strong, the army’s economic empire will be shaken. And this is something the army will never, and cannot, allow to happen.

Closing note — The name of Pakistan’s real disease

Pakistan’s problem was never a “bad army chief.”

The real disease is the powerful system that:

Since 1970, has presented feudal lords, fascist elders, debt-ridden capitalists, sectarian mullahs, and sportsmen as democratic leaders before the people.

Then, this same adopted leader is branded as a traitor Creates,

Breaks every political party, makes it into Patriot, National, Progressive, Real etc. groups.

First, after nurturing the bloodthirsty linguistic organizations for years, they are killed and destroyed.

It gives free rein to terrorism and terrorism, then an operation is launched on its own disobedience, in which more common people are killed than murderers.

It weakens every public decision and makes the state the property of the army instead of the people.

As long as this structure is in place:

Leaders will be raised, but will not be allowed to live.

Parties will be formed, but will be divided.

The people will vote, but the government will be formed somewhere else.

And Pakistan will always be in the hands of the army, not the people. “

Now, as usual, let’s listen to an incident...

He started putting his hand in his side pocket to pay the conductor.

Then the stranger sitting next to him held his hand tightly and said,

“No, Babu Saheb! "I will pay your rent."

Babu said that he would pay his own rent, but the stranger was very kind and gave his rent to the conductor...

At the next stop, the stranger got off the bus and Babu started taking something out of his pocket, then he stopped and sat down, the stranger had cleaned his pocket....

The next day, Babu Saheb caught the thief in the market, and the thief started hugging Babu."

Babu Saheb! "Forgive me, my daughter died after stealing from you."

Babu forgave him with a soft heart...

The thief left but when he met him again, he had cleaned Babu's pocket...

A few days later, Babu Saheb was going on a motorcycle and said that he was stopped by that thief on the way...

The thief cried and begged Babu Saheb for forgiveness, returned all the money to Babu and passed on. After taking him to the shop and giving him a *cold drink*, he left.....

When Babu Khushi Khushi came to the place where his motorcycle was, he saw that this time a thief had taken his *motorcycle*
